Title: Project Manager Application Data Security
Contract Duration: 18+ months
Location: Quincy, Massachusetts
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years overall
- PM work specific to Application/data security, information security audit and information security risk management
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and software development
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- Experience with risk management or internal audit teams essential
- Experience with Client's business units, business applications and data is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise-setting large corporate environment
- Work in financial sector a significant positive
Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to continuously improve the release processes, participate and oversee the development of related life cycle documentation in an emerging and fast passed environment. Will have strong analytical skills to analyze information security requirements, access control requirements and how to support those requirements through building an in house entitlement security framework and application are essential. Strong business acumen and Project Management capability to manage multiple small projects is essential.
*Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
*Provide management support and guidance to less experienced staff
*Establish team deliverables for all assigned work
*Deliver feedback to project team members for all assigned work
*Monitor and report progress of eSF SDLC for assigned releases
*Develop and utilize metrics in support of continuous improvement efforts
*Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Knowledge Expertise:
*Demonstrated proficiency developing new policies, practices, and procedures involving continuous improvement or new business
*Works effectively with all levels of the organization
*Strong communication and negotiating skills to effect organizational change
*Knowledge of best practices for information security teams responsible for recertification tracking
