Job Description:-
The Change Management Business Readiness Lead will manage the performance of the client's large, diverse IT deployment network.
This position will also be responsible for getting each business area ready for the new IT solution.
Additional responsibilities will include extensive personal engagements with front line stakeholders, and comprehensive metrics and tracking.
Required Skills:-
Proven experience leading a change network across the entire execution phase of large, global IT implementation
Possesses savvy business knowledge & high emotional intelligence
Strong relationship building skills & excellent people skills
Understands fundamental change roles and how to mobilize a change network in the business
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, simple messaging
Capable of detecting, investigating, and escalating change management issues and risks for resolution.
Demonstrated experience taking initiative to plan and deliver stakeholder engagements to strengthen adoption and commitment
Identifies and manages risks associated with change
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, including: MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Power Point, etc.
Prior Oil & Gas Industry experience a huge plus
Prior MS Project experience a plus
