Location: Short Hills, NJ

6 months+

 

 

F2F will be required after positive interview

 Data Mart project. Client is building a Global Archive database.  Goal is to go into different data markets and pull data into a single platform.  This data mart will be a repository of data gathered from operational data and other sources that is designed to serve a clients customers.  This  data mart receive data from a master data warehouse through periodic updates, The ultimate goal is to streamline and enhance date to the client's customer.

 

 

 

Client is putting together a team for this project.  Data Architect, PM, BA, Data Analyst, Data Modeler, Solution Architect, Developers and QA.

 

 

 

Tools Required:

 

SAS

 

Big Data

 

Hadoop

 

 

 

Plus: Revolution R

 

 

 

Experience with:

 

1.    requirements, business plan, KPI, project plan...

2.    Functional requirements <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Functional_requirements> , i.e. data models, technical specifications, use case scenarios, work instructions, reports...

3.    As-Is processes <http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=As_is_process&action=edit&redlink=1> , i.e. flowcharts

4.    To-Be processes <http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=To_be_process&action=edit&redlink=1> , i.e. flowcharts

5.    Business case <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_case> , a strategic plan containing shareholders' risk and return

 

Working with Business, product and technology groups.
