Microsoft Office 365 Administration and migration experience including planning, testing, tuning,configuring and setting up mailboxes Required 7 Years   Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 architecture and administration Required 7 Years     Experience with migration using Quest Migration Tools from Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and older Microsoft email platforms to Microsoft Exchange 20 Required 7 Years       Knowledge of BES services and Unified Messaging, Lync and Sharepoint Highly desired 7 Years     Ability to support SQL platform and backend for BES, FIM and Symantec Vault Highly desired 7 Years       Ability to support FIM and underling services Highly desired 7 Years     Ability to address DNS and domain issues Highly desired 7 Years   Ability to perform architecture review, design and support for cloud migration Highly desired 7 Years     Ability to manage remote access connection for supported infrastructure such as OWA Highly desired 7 Years       Ability to develop strategies in the areas of messaging and email retention Highly desired 7 Years     Experience with Office 365 migration and support Required 7 Years       Knowledge of remote access manager for Exchange such as ISA, F5 and /or other third party solutions. Highly desired 7 Years     Ability to work with clients, technical staff and vendor Required 7 Years       Microsoft Exchange 2010 Certified Systems Administrator Required 7 Years
