.             Java / J2EE Development experience and skilled in J2EE integration patterns.
.             Strong hands-on technical design & implementation experience in SOA
.             Experience with developing Web Services, esp. RESTful.
.             Working knowledge of Spring Framework, SQL, Hibernate, Ant, Maven and Websphere.
.             Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Servlets, JSP, etc.
.             Good Communication Skills.
.             Willing to guide and mentor junior developers.
.             Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
