Position: J2EE Developer with  Agile Iteration Manger

Location:  San Francisco, CA

Duration:

 

Agile Iteration Manger - Hands on role managing the backlog and tracking/generating/reporting metrics.

 

JD:

Continuously improve iteration delivery, quality and flow

Track and communicate health of iterations

Collect and utilize iteration metrics

Facilitate the team's management, resolution and escalation of blockers

Facilitate iteration structure with Agile Practices – Stand-ups, IPMs, Open/Close, Retrospectives

Facilitate story level collaboration between engineering and product management

Develop high performing and self-organizing teams

Enforce and defend the 'rights' of team members
