They purchased a testing tool called Ultimate Test Pro.  They took a year to get it installed and are now ready to use it.  The problem is that they have no one who knows the product. 
Contractors who have used Ultimate Test Pro who can come in and teach the others how to use the product.  The duration would be until the end of the year.  Since they all work from home, this person could also work from home (as long as they have their own equipment).  They also can work in any of the Magellan offices (St. Louis, Columbia, or Phoenix). 
The product was developed for unit testing (testing usually done by the developer), so the people who would have the experience are most like going to be developers.  They just need to realize that this is not  a development position, it is a testing position.
