Experience with Agile development techniques

BS or MS in Computer Science or technical equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)
Knowledge of Search Engines such as Apache Solr
Knowledge of RoR deployment with tools such as Capistrano
