·         Work with internal/external customers and/or insurance bureaus to elicit business requirements

·         Analyze and define requirements needed for system impact and prepare documentation and/or functional specifications.

·         Conduct and assist in requirements and specification reviews (peer) and signoff (customer)

·         Determine data, data structures and system requirements

·         Develop requirements for tools and documentation to enhance processes
