• PERL (preferred);

• UNIX/Linux (preferred);

• JBOSS (preferred);

• NEIM XML Standard (preferred);

• Geo-mapping components (preferred);

• Experience with Address standardizations tools (preferred).

 

Description:

• Model and apply software engineering methods and techniques to the design, definition, development, evaluation, integration, and/or support of IT solutions;

• Able to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers;

• Function as a technical consultant or researcher;

• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of system defects and issues;

• Design quality control and test procedures;

• Apply technical expertise to test system solutions;

• Use defined procedures to configure, test and debug software;

• Investigate, analyze and resolve problems on software products;

• Handle portions of the projects, including services/products/technology solution evaluation/modification, data development, analysis, first draft written communications and client interaction;

• Gather and evaluate client capabilities and needs;

• Assist with services/products/technology solution architecture design and installation;

• Able to communicate and coordinate with different groups inside the organization
