Role description (TAE):
Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
· WebSphere
· Mainframe
· Unix
· Linux
· Unified Communications
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore
· Acts as 24/7 3rd level On call support for test environments (vendor cell phone required)
· Understanding of how disparate systems network together Will act as the DC6 DC Product Lead.
· This TAE will be responsible to coordinate with DC6 projects and collect requirements, work through issues and help advise efforts of their environment needs.
· Role includes the need to coordinate with other DC Product Leads across the organization to ensure all integrated systems are built per requirements.
