Job Title               Technical Project Manager

Location               San Jose, CA

Duration              6+ Months

 

Primary Skill     

•        This role will be responsible to lead and manage the implementation of a multi-system B2B solution for a Cisco Partner using the ServiceGrid framework

•        Experience Required 7 Years  

 

Description        Mandatory Technical Skills

•        This role will be responsible to lead and manage the implementation of a multi-system B2B solution for a Cisco Partner using the ServiceGrid framework.

•        Possess clear understanding of the business requirements and functional requirements thru interfacing with customer (internal and external).

•        Knowledgeable about Product Support Process for industry standard OEMs. Knowledge about Cisco TAC, Entitlement will be added advantage.

•        Know the various Solution elements required to make the the end to end implementation successful.

•        Possess high level architecture knowledge to be able to infer technical dependencies at a high level.

•        Knowledge and familiarity with Application Integration, Web Services is greatly desired.

•        Must be detailed-oriented and excellent communication skills.

•        Must be willing to drive and lead the engagement from analysis phase to completion.

•        The job will require excellent customer facing ability - as it will be interfacing with multiple organizations within Cisco and the Customer.
