Taleo Functional Lead
that can do the following.
Rate-60$/Hr
5+ years working with Taleo Recruiting and Transitions (Onboarding)
5+ Taleo Recruiting and Transitions (Onboarding) full life cycles
5+ implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design,
5+ Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
3+ projects serving as a functional lead in full life cycle
3+ implementations
2+ years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience
Functional knowledge of Taleo including online configurations and technical understanding of the Taleo architecture Ability to perform application configuration in support of solution delivery initiatives Experience in capturing business requirements, collaborating with client key stakeholders, conducting workshops, leading iterative solution design Leverages relevant process and technology expertise to propose appropriate solution options and translates business requirements into technology solutions.
Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels Ability to interact with customers and communicate with IT, HR and business leaders Experience working with clients who have integrated Taleo Recruiting and Transitions (Onboarding) with PeopleSoft HCM Experience with implementing passport/Oracle Validated integrations with Recruiting and Transitions (Onboarding) Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Require 80% travel to client location
