​Position: Sr Business Analyst - Healthcare
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: Long Term – Full Time Basis

Description:

• Elicit requirements (business, technical and vendor) in large corporate environment.
• Assess scope and determine impacts of scope.
• Perform requirements phase planning.
• Lead/host larger, cross-functional JADs and drive decision making and resolution.
• Critically assess requirements from several functional areas to determine potential conflicts/other requirements that may exist in other areas.
• Fill multiple roles (SME/design support, BRD/Functional Specifications/Use case/agile artifacts, business process and testing support).
• Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Can work independently (self direct and motivate) or collaboratively (take direction or work in a BA team).
• We need Team Player and who is willing to work with Other Members of the Team
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
