Job Description ::
· Voice Engineer with 5+ year relevant hands on experience on PBXs Avaya, Nortel, Merlin Plus / Magix /Legend Knowledge on Cisco IP Telephony systems is an added advantage.
· Contribute in documentation LLD, UAT, Design gathering templates, checklists document Work experience in SIP implementation project Design and implementation in depth knowledge of SIP gateway & PBXs integration Make necessary changes in PBXs, SIP gateways during implementation.
· Working knowledge of tools for monitoring and troubleshooting 100% travel for multiple sites across US.
