Position: Websphere Administrator
Location: Framingham, MA
Duration: 5 months
Skills Required:
· Knowledge on ITIL and its different process
· IBM Websphere v7.0, IBM HTTPS
· Platform : JAVA / J2EE
· Operating system : Unix and Linux
· Integration tools – Jenkins , Hudson, Cruise control
· Code Management tools : Borland –Starteam, CVS , SVN
· Scripting : ANT, Shell
Responsibilities:
· Websphere environment setup ( Installation and configurations )
· Create and maintain build, deployment and rollback scripts/tools
· Support code and configuration management
· Use of code management tools for version control, merging & branching.
· Execute scheduled application builds and deployments
· Provide support for application and environment configuration issues
· Coordinate with support teams to support and resolve build issues
· Rollout planning and deployments
· Building application repackaging and customization.
· Handling incidents, problems and changes as per the ITIL Guidelines
· Leading the effort for Root Cause Analysis of high impact / priority issues
· Coordination of with different teams for resolution of any hardware / product related issues
