Urgent Requirement -

Test Lead

Location – San Ramon,CA

Duration – 15 Months

 

1)         Test Lead – Need really senior profiles here 10+ years of exp,who can define test strategy, test planning using MS project, designing test plans and scripts, interacting with project stakeholders, leading a team of testers. HP ALM, Loadrunner, QTP are also required.  

2)         We need exp in HR systems. SuccessFactors is a huge plus.

 

Job

Manages the system , integration and user testing for the applications and coordinates remediation activities. Ensures that system meet business and technical requirements. Responsible for leadership of given project managing test activities on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives. Maneges test team work effort and allocation throughout test planning , preparation and execution to ensure that testing is on time and within budget. 

 

Experience-

5+ years testing

3+ years HP ALM required

3+ Years QTP required

2+ Years MS Project
