Business Systems Analyst  Location:  CA Duration:  6 mths Rate:  $45 an hr Senior Level B USINESS  S YSTEMS  A NALYST    with  experience in P&C Claims  exp. He or She will be responsible for creating Functional Requirements, Integration Documents, and leading User Acceptance Testing.  Qualifications required the position :   o 5+ Years professional experience in business systems analysis  o Experience in interpreting and writing Story Card, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents  o Experience in interacting with customers to gather requirements  o Excellent communications skills  o Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams  o Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines  o Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues  Category Skill Required Skill Level Experience Applications Insurance Yes 3 5 yr Languages XML Yes 3 5 yr  Preferences :   o Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry
