Job Description:-
Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:
• Experienced Scripting ability in Shell, ANT, and/or Jython to automate repetitive manual jobs
• Experienced WebSphere Application Server Administrator – familiar with WebSphere configurations and analyzing java core dumps, heap dumps, SystemOut logs, and First Failure Data Capture (FFDC) logs
• Experience with J2EE application development and deployment practices
• Experience in trouble shooting various technologies ranging from WAS, IHS, F5, DB2. Must be able to grasp concepts quickly to help drive root cause analysis discussions.
• Experience with MQ administration and MQ Broker Experience would be advantageous. -MQ Broker experience -- General knowledge of how MQSeries based broker flows function and how messages are processed within Broker.
• Proven ability and interest in Triage Team responsibilities
• Experience with navigating a Linux environment
• Ability to understand and analyze application stack traces
• Experience with analyzing performance bottlenecks in application code and infrastructure tiers
