Role:Infrastructure Project Manager

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I. POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling the technical oversight of projects from initiation through deployment. This position will work closely with various business units and Infrastructure engineers guiding a project through the system development lifecycle. Infrastructure Project Managers are responsible for developing project plans, maintaining budgets, resource allocation, and providing project status. This opportunity requires the ability to manage multiple projects within the established scope, budget and timeline.
II. GENERAL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
1. In performing the primary duties of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation, the individual holding this position will not pose a direct threat or harm property, self or others.

3. Strong multi-tasking abilities
4. Full System Development Lifecycle experience/Strong attention to details

III. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
Experience: (7) Years of Project Management in an IT environment, MS Project 2007
Licensure/Credentials: Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred
Interpersonal Skills: Must have strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required with the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. The candidate must also have the ability to work in a virtual team environment. Experience within a pharmaceutical organization's infrastructure environment is a plus.
IV. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage day-to-day project development within Infrastructure Technical Solutions department
2. Assist in/Manage the preparation of functional and technical design documents
3. Oversee the system development process and ensure product quality
4. Establish & maintain project communications
5. Track & maintain project expenses against budget
V. ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. May serve on and coordinate various standing and ad hoc committees.
2. Assess & manage project related risk
3. Ensure project roles, responsibilities, scope and deliverables are fully defined
4. Assist engineers with work breakdown structures
5. Concurrently manage multiple projects
VI. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to travel to company locations
2. Ability to travel and attend meetings both on and off company premises
3. Ability to use computer and/or various business machines
