Seeking a full time quality assurance leader to design and architect a comprehensive test plan, and to manage the team and testing efforts on a high volume, high visibility software project.  This project is a sizeable web based initiative involving the integration of multiple systems, including mobile apps.  Responsibilities include working with the process owners to perform analysis and discovery to determine test requirements.  Design and document the test specifications to meet business needs.  Design high-level test requirements and detailed level test plans for functional, performance, load and regression testing.  Develop the administrative and system procedure documents.  Manage the activities of multiple test initiatives throughout the length of the project.  Set up and implement the technical testing environment, maximize the use of automated testing tools. Provide testing results to management with recommendations for improvement.

 

·         Successful candidate will have experience as the lead test engineer involved with multiple web based Q/A initiatives. 

·         Must have experience testing Mobile and web applications.

·         Testing.NET applications and exposure to VMWare would be a big plus. 

·         Knowledge and implementation of QA Best Practices required. 

·         Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
