Here is the job description but three main points manager needs are PHP development skills, MySQL database skills and must be able to set up and configure an Apache database

 

Programmer to create a web based data repository and reporting system.
System design Database design Server architecture and setup Web server setup and configurations
Consolidate current system and manual trackers into one
Eliminate manual spreadsheets
Reduce email and file management for manual processes
Lessen administrative burden
Provided improved management reporting
Time reporting for technicians and line managers
Upload and downloads to other systems
Check off lists (job starts or completion)
Reporting and search capability per network, site and activity
Designed for growth ESS/AH reconciliation for time Tool inventory validation (cell and air cards)

 

Job Qualifications:
Experience with PHP/HTML/MySQL
Ability to provide project plan and schedule
Ability to work independently or within a team environment
Good communication skills required

Experience Needed:
Magento
Multi-site Development
Front-end Design and Development
Zend Framework
Knowledge of commonly used design patterns(registry, factory, observer, singleton, chain-of-command, etc)
Knowedge of the EAV database design pattern used by Magento(Entity, Attribute, Value)
Knowledge of the Magento CRON process and the 3 steps it performs(Execution, Scheduling, Cleanup)
Experience implementing and maintaining a multisite Magento environment
Experience debugging PHP using Debugger or XDebug
