Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: JD Edwards, Financial, E1 Configuration.
Responsibilities:
· Guide business to the adoption of global standard processes based on use of standard process models provided by E1
· Gather and document business requirements and turn these into system solutions
· Perform or direct all necessary E1 configuration required to implement approved E1projects and enhancements
· Identify cross functional dependencies/touch points between E1 modules or systems
· Through analysis of business process, define requirements for process and system improvements.
· Organizes and performs all levels of testing and provides rollout support and post-project transition.
· Communicates system changes and issues at all levels to relevant users, stakeholders and management.
· Works effectively as part of a team and able to influence management and obtain commitments in areas outside own authority.
· Recommend and implement changes to internal processes to improve team productivity.
Job Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
· Deep knowledge of functional capabilities provided by multiple E1 modules/systems
· Expert level E1 configuration skills across multiple E1 modules or applications
· Solid analytical skills to understand existing business processes, lead efforts for process re-definition and re-engineering.
· Knowledge and work experience in multiple functional areas
· Ability delegates tasks when leading teams and monitors progress.
· Strong team interaction skills
· Project management skills
Secondary Responsibility
· Develop training documentation and conduct team and end-user training as required Ensures E1 and interfaced systems operate effectively
· Leads in conversion planning and execution along with definition and delivery of user procedures, training and other project communication material.
· Identify opportunities to migrate from custom solutions to standard E1
· Carry out knowledge transfer sessions to IT resources in support roles
· Contributes to or develops effective project planning. Participates in project implementations ensuring adherence to quality, budget and schedule.
· Follows best-practice business analysis and project management methodologies.
