Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: Digital Hardware Design and Documentation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for supporting the engineering development team by creating and validating engineering documentation within the engineering documentation control system (Oracle/Agile).
Will need to work cross-functionally to gather required documentation and drive the timely release of engineering change orders (ECOs).
Responsible to support the core engineering team with the re-creation, debug, and analysis of operational hardware failures. Will be tasked to work closely with engineering leads to support new development activities.
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of hardware design experience. Ideal candidate has Oracle Agile experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. Capability to innovate is desirable, while professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail are a must. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams is extremely important.
Proven track record of working in a fast paced innovative work environment is essential.
