Job Description:
Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
5+ years of exp
1. Strong knowledge on IVR Architecture& Development and Deployment procedure
2. Knowledge on different servers in IVR environment.
3. Should be able to test the CTI environment as an Agent.
4. Strong in different testing procedures like Call quality, Regression and Load testing in Hammer.
5. Strong knowledge on User code (HVB code) in the Hammer Call master.
6. Procedure to test the validations like Estimate Wait Time, AGENT BUSY, NO OF AGENTS LOGGED etc.
7. Knowledge on HAMMER CONFIGURATOR.
8. Strong in Speech recognition and HDS.
9. Should have strong analytical &Problem solving knowledge. Strong domain knowledge on telephony applications.
10. Ability to analysis test scenarios and execute them.
