· Exp. in Private Banking Sweeps and Purpose Lending Project
· Exp. In FSI Loan Remediation and Loan IQ Front to Back Implementation
· Analyze and document business requirements and produce detailed functional specifications.
· Analyze and document process flows and develop Client state processes.
· Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering business requirements and developing functional specification documents.
· Work with the development team to facilitate the build effort (e.g. ensuring build teams understanding of the specifications).
· Develop user cases, and partner with the business to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing and implementation
· Develop and mock-up user interfaces and reports
· Design of new feeds, regression testing and conversion
· Implementation of new infrastructure allowing expanded service to high net worth Private Banking clients
· Management of multiple IT teams, such as QA, Development, Build, Batch and Load teams
· Close monitoring and carrying out of Functional and UAT testing
· Assist in developing requirements, strategy, scope and priorities.
· Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and the development of appropriate documentation.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5-10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
* Experience obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewingbusiness priorities, and/or analyzing options & risks.
* Experience with Financial Accounting.
* Ability to write and create detailed business and functional requirements.
* Experience creating functional system requirements specifications.
* Ability to interface directly with Senior Business Stakeholders.
* Experience with forecasting and stress related applications.
* Intermediate level experience in MS Excel.
* College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience, preferably within Financial Services
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, and a curiosity to ask appropriate questions to fully develop business and functional requirements.
