Role: Solutions Architect

Description:
- Develop serialization strategy for data governance, including strategy for commissioning/decommissioning of serial numbers on global basis, roles and responsibilities for data stewards
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience and have been involved with serialization/pedigree project work for a minimum of 3 projects.
- Identify data elements required for successful implementation of the global serialization program in compliance with GS1 and country specific data standards/requirements.
- Identify reporting/analytical capabilities that leverage the serialization data for better decision making
- Provides subject matter expertise in the area of product serialization, authentication and track and trace solutions
- Advises on industry trends, best practices and forward thinking strategies or considerations for serialization
- Prior experience developing and setting up Data Management and Governance organizations and processes
- Must have prior experience implementing serialization
- Expert knowledge of GS1 standards including GTIN/GLN
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Aid in the accumulation of the execution playbook for the organization to capture all information to roll out to additional sites.
- Work with functional resources to make certain that the key stakeholders issues are being met, addressed and that the key stakeholders agree that the solution will solve the problem
- Make certain that the end user can operate at the line level and maintain that the solution is functional and feasible on a day to day basis
- Identify any risk, or issues that arise with business for each functional area of the projects to make certain that all issues are identified and escalated
- Involved with and mediates all end user requirements during the design specification phase which drives deliverables to meet the customers' requirements.
- Reviews the quality of the design specifications, functional specification for the line execution, EPCIS repository and warehouse management solutions.
- Identification of the testing evaluation at the FAT and Execution for IQ and OQ protocols, provide a risk assessment review of all protocols to streamline the critical and non-critical protocols that must be executed.
- Impact analysis of the new applications to the current business processes and ensuring that the key stakeholders are aware of the changes.
- Work with the vendors to identify change management within the organization allow for maintaining consistency across all work streams of the project.
- Aid in the development of SOP's and making certain that not any SOP's or potential operations are overlooked for various procedures.
- Oversight of all projects processes vs. plan and identify any inconsistencies and evaluate the issues to the project managers and key business stakeholders.
- Identify corrective actions to any deviations that are identified during the process
- Execution experience for providing input for deployment at the line, DC and EPCIS
