• 10 years of software development experience
• SOA methodology (Expert)
• Java Development experience (Expert)
• Java/J2EE and/or .Net development environment (Expert)
• Design Development on TIBCO Based Framework (Expert)
• System Integration using Web Services(Expert)
• Enterprise Service Bus (Expert)
• 5 years of experience with mid- to large-scale software architectures

DUTIES:

• Lead Developer is responsible for establishing and leading the architectural direction of the software engineering aspects of our Product Services following standards and guidelines defined collaboratively on the SOA strategy and will be accountable for designing and developing services on our Software Services Framework.
• Work with peer software architects and software development team members in our IT department to architect and deliver the services layer/platform to provide a consistent environment for implementing the business logic to service requesting applications and subsequently the Visualization used for fulfilling orders and other workflows. 
• The Product Services layer along with SSF will aim to dramatically improve time to market and reduce both IT and operational costs.
• The product services lead developer will be responsible for the architecture and the design of key use cases that will be enabled via the platform. 
• This will include integration to existing legacy systems, refactoring integration and business logic in a service oriented manner, and working with fellow developers to enable a new generation of applications and service offerings for our clients. 
• Work closely with business teams and peer IT team members to architect, design, and implement key aspects of interoperable system solutions in consideration of business objectives while ensure that all business and customer expectations are met with regards to availability, performance, security and other quality attributes.
• Develop -service oriented Business Process technology strategy by understanding key objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; planning full project life cycle.
• Define and disseminate standards for coding, packaging, monitoring, ensure quality attributes, service contracts, security, and other aspects of business services and processes.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate concepts which can be used as templates for expanding functionality
• Locate, build, and extend the Software Service Framework in order to enhance automation to improve productivity and ensure our software is more consistent and reliable.
• Develop and support verification of Java-based solution delivery, including testing processes, tools, and techniques.
• Provide high level architecture for larger product features
• Support development team as the go-to problem solver
• Follow development methodology through which frequent interaction with the Product Owner providing all members of the development team a unique opportunity to influence the end product
• Lead development of Java and middleware solutions reference architecture, and standards for different application styles.
• Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives
• Manage intra team relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
