Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
• Oracle JDE support in a production environment, providing break/fix, enhancements, upgrade and business value creation services
• Gather customer requirements and assist with the creation of product/service requirements.
• Define the functional solution and work with the offshore team to support the modules within Oracle JDE.
• Participate in, organize and lead functional/technical meetings with clients and internal leadership.
• Secure client approval and signoff on deliverables.
• Make recommendations for process and technology enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business.
• Work with client, AMS team, operations, and product vendor to optimize customer solutions.
• Work with external vendors and technology to deliver complex integration solutions for customers.
• Articulate, good presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results.
