Skills Required
- Proficient in Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports
- Experience in building Business Objects universes
- Experience in building entitlements around reports/reporting environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- Extensive database experience, preferably Teradata, Sybase, and/or Oracle
- Advanced technical skills that will enable data-mining, joins, correlations, general statistical analysis and presentation
- Proven ability to increase efficiency through automation while maintaining data integrity
- Working knowledge of the project lifestyle including user acceptance testing
Skills Desired
- Strong skills in Excel VLookups, Pivots, PowerPoint, SharePoint a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
- Exceptional conflict management skills
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and succeed in a team atmosphere
- Strong project management skills
