·         This is not a web developer position. The applications are in need of maintenance and enhancements.

·         This person will be meeting face to face with customers and understanding their business needs, so they need to have superior communication skills.

·         This is an immediate need, but they will wait for the perfect candidate. Skills required are VB.NET and SQL.

·         This is a high level position, so only all-stars will make the cut.
