Need expertise on a Drupal 7 to 8 migration for a 4 month project, on site here in DC. Must be capable of developing a new campaign by customizing modules, design themes for 10 additional pages. Ideally, you'll have strong UI skills as well in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS and MySQL.
