Required Skills:
- JBOSS webserver – Need extensive experience troubleshooting this platform
- MUST be proficient with Grep, VI, and other common platform tools used for troubleshooting
- Linux/Unix Troubleshooting – Basic SA knowledge of OS
- SQL scripting – ability to write queries at the level of inner and outer joins
- Unix scripting – Scripting skills of any type are acceptable
- Application troubleshooting – Ability to understand common UIs with the focus on replicating reported issues and then using other skills noted above to troubleshoot
- Review and establishment of application monitoring thresholds – Background in Int
Job Description:
The right person will be experienced on Linux platforms as well as have experience troubleshooting JBOSS in this environment. They will also come to us with knowledge of Web applications in order to diagnose issues. iOS and Android application knowledge is a big plus as well. The person will also have exemplary communication skills as they will interact with multiple teams and leadership on resolving problems.
This job involves providing T3 application support in a Linux Redhat environment, with Oracle and SQL Server DBS. They will troubleshoot mobile apps, browser UIs as well as hardware such as cameras, firmware, etc.
While providing this T3 app support and Linux Redhat system support on the servers, this person will also serve as intermediary, assisting in troubleshooting various hardware and software incidents across the enterprise.
Required Skills:
· Linux/Unix Troubleshooting – Basic SA knowledge of OS

- CA Wily Introscope - For analytics for performance testing - analyzing performance testing results between original and new settings
· ·Protocols: zWave, Zigbee, Wifi, 1-way/2-way RF communications (433/900 mhz)
· ·Languages: Spanish, German, Arabic or Portuguese
