What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinates, supervises, and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical, production team, or unit
• Manages communications with business, application partners, external teams, and internal team
• Production Support is primary responsibility, including monitoring, tracking, handling escalations, performance tuning
• Triage and resolve business issues (tickets) from service desk
• Resolve tickets within established time frame
• On Call -24 X 7 365 Day support on a rotation basis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of IT experience in Business Intelligence, Distributed environments and Database applications
• 5+ years of IT experience with Production Support
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more resources
• Ability to be on call on a rotation basis
• Health care experience
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience in ETL design, development and maintenance
• Monitor daily ETL Load and resolve data related issues
• IBM Cognos BI Custom Reports Support
• Monitor daily cube builds and resolve data related issues
• MicroStrategy BI Reporting (Development and Support)
• Strong Debugging Skills
