Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead

Location: NYC

USC, GC-EAD, GC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, TN candidates only

Looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud functional lead.  Must be based on East Coast or willing to relocate temporarily to East Coast.

 

Need someone who is articulate, mature, and has the content for HCM Core only.  Must understand overall Human Resource industry.

 

Must have HCM Cloud Core HR module (does not need the rest of the modules like payroll, comp, talent, etc), although a plus. Experience with PaaS a plus but not required.

Need to be seasoned, detailed application knowledge, and articulate enough to lead workshops with a really smart client.
