Location: Waukegan, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Experience (Years): 4-8 Years

 

Job Description:

Essential Skills:

·         4-8 Year SAP experience.

·         Minimum 2 years of Support project experience

·         Expert in SAP GRC and Security management

·         Incident and service request management

·         Provide Level2 and Level3 support

·         experience in Handling tickets and application support to the End users

·         Experience in user management, role management, GRC administration is MUST

·         Training the end users and preparing end user training material

·         ITIL certification – preferred SAP License management, user cleanup experience preferred.
