Role and Responsibilities

This position acts very independently to provide advanced expertise in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex, high volume, mission critical databases that require high quality performance and availability.

Required Skills:

Ability

1.       Strong Oracle DBA experience utilizing versions 11g and 12c.

2.       Ability designing physical data models.

3.       Strong technical and analytical skills.

4.       Establish and promote physical database designs and guidelines.

5.       Backup and recovery strategies.

6.       Strong Performance tuning abilities and experience.

7.       Capacity planning.

8.       Strong collaboration skills with both business and IT teams.

9.       Very strong overall technical skills.

10.    Strong knowledge of relational concepts

11.    Strong organizational skills.

12.    Quick learner.

13.    Self-starter with good work ethic.

14.    SQL Server experience is a plus.
