POSITION- IAM Solutions Architect
LOCATION- Iselin , NJ

Position Description:
The IAM Solutions Architect position is responsible for driving the project from technical aspect. The ideal candidate is someone who can take the traditional tasks of an architecting overall solutions as per the requirements and provide technical guidance to the customer as well as the team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Lead, manage, mentor and provide the technical guidance to the customer and the project team.

·        Develop goals, strategies, and initiatives across the team in alignment with IAM requirements in the context of IDaaS solution

·        Drive the project to a successful completion from the technical perspective

·        Analyze the requirements and provide the best fit solution

·        Work with the core engineering team in the design of solution and, deployment

·        Assist with troubleshooting any issues faced in the system.

·        Coordinate operational activities amongst multiple groups of technical stakeholders

·        Stay current on technology and industry technology trends

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·        10+ years of experience in delivering IAM solutions out of which 6+ years of experience in developing and leading technical teams

·        At least 2 years of hands on experience in IDaaS platforms like Okta, OneLogin, etc.

·        Clear understanding of Federation technologies like SAML2.0, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, etc.

·        Good experience in Enterprise Application Integration like Directory Service, Messaging Services, Collaboration tools, etc.

·        Good understanding of Cloud computing and integration

·        Good understanding of SaaS based application architecture and their integration patterns. For example, SalesForce, ServiceNow, Clarity, xMatters, SuccessFactor, etc.

·        The ability to understand and develop code in preferred technology stack (Java, .Net, Shell scripting and PowerShell scripting)

·        Understanding of SSO integration with Shibboleth and ADFS.

·        General knowledge of network technologies and security, encryption, etc.

·        Demonstrated ability to build, grow and manage a development team spread in multiple geography.

·        Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively present to customers and partners

·        Ability to influence and partner with groups outside of Technical Operations

·        Strong technical management skills
