Urgent Position:

EAI Siebel CRM Techno-Functional Lead

Location: Germantown, MD

Duration: Long-term

 

Primary Skill:

·         Experienced as Development Lead and hands on experience as Siebel CRM Techno Functional Lead

·         Strong technical knowledge on Siebel CSW, EAI, CTI, OpenUI & Upgrade 

·         Strong Techno Functional knowledge in Services, Sales ,order management, transport domain

·         Experienced in handling End to End Implementation on the releases and upgrade implementation

·         Having great interaction skills with Product/Functional Owners, people management, Planning experience

·         Having strong experience on Open UI upgrade and to be involved in all activities from upgrade and conflict fixes development, tracking the deliverables, Risks and till deployment

·         Working knowledge in Siebel Advanced configuration, scripting, workflows, Open UI.  Expert in implementing complex workflows functionalities.

·         Should have implemented or lead the Siebel upgrade projects

·         Should have closely worked with the customer and should have a great experience on the deliverables and support to the customer.

·         Should have experience in interacting with Testing team and support the team during deliverables
