•              Interaction with multiple customer groups for delivering enhancements/projects

•              Coordinating the offshore team and with offshore team members on a day to day basis

•              If necessary develop certain critical components

•              Analysis of data as and when necessary

•              Design integration with different systems

•              Good knowledge of PLSQL, EJB, J2EE

•             Good communication skills

•              Good team spirit and problem solving capability
