Job Description:
Functional Consultant will be responsible to drive the new business process and implementation for FlexeraSoftware Monetization: Digital Distribution,Software License Management of software entitlement for product lines. This vibrant and dynamic role entails working closely with Business stakeholders, IT delivery leads, Solution Architects, project managers and implementation vendors to drive the program through various phases.
• Very strong Functional Knowledge on following modules: FlexeraSoftware MonetizationusingFlexNet Operations, FlexNet Licensing – Setup Software License Management for Product Family, Packaging and Distribution.
Mandatory Functional Skills Mandatory Functional Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in Flexera Software Monetization implementation: FlexNet Operations, FlexNet Licensing is mandatory. Knowledge on FlexNet Connect is good to have
• Consulting: Be able to lead "Current State and Future state" assessments around functionality and/or processes. This will include white boarding, utilizing MS Visio and determining business improvement areas.
• Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, presentnew functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.
• Must be able to always evaluate impacts to the bigger picture and develop working solutions to issuesas they arise.
• Teamwork: Work closely with Solution Architects and/or Implementation Managers to ensureappropriate follow-up of identifying client needs and follow-up activities.
• Project Collaboration: Assist in providing Implementation Managers and/or clients with updatesto priorities, project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, etc.
• Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providingexceptional services and ensuring software license management process to the Implementation Manager and/or client.
• Assist team in updating all client and implementation deliverables as required with newfunctionality rollouts. Create new deliverables/best practices for services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already inplace.
Desirable Functional Skills:
• Assess/evaluate client requirements against existing programs, scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, thorough communication and delivering value at all times.
• Responsible for managing client expectations and championing their needs.
• Ability to drive, manage multiple stakeholders and projects/phases simultaneously.
• Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment.
• Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization(development, sales, marketing, operations and within the Professional Services Group).
