Primary Skills:           Cloudera, Big Data stack, HDFS, Sqoop, Hive, Java, stack Impala, Spark

 

Job Description:

 

Detailed Job Description:

a. Strong understanding and hands on experience on the Big Data stack HDFS, Sqoop, Hive, Java etc.

b. Big Data solution design and architecture.

c. Design, sizing and implementation of Big Data platforms, preferably Cloudera

d. Deep understanding of Cloudera stack Impala, Spark, Installation and configuration, Navigator etc.

e. Experience in extracting data from feeds into Data Lake using Kafka and other open source components

f. Understanding of and experience in Data ingestion patterns.

 

Must Have Skills:

1. Cloudera platform

2. Big Data Hadoop

3. Hive

 

Nice to have skills:

1. Java

 

Top 3 responsibilities execute:

1. Hands on work on the Big Data stack HDFS, Sqoop, Hive, Java etc.

2. Big Data solution design and architecture

3. Design, sizing and implementation of Big Data platforms
