Out with the manual testing, in with the 100% automated testing and the continuous integration machine. To lead this transformation, we are looking for seriously experienced Quality Engineers with strong software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing test automation frameworks. In this role you are expected to take on the opportunity to build or enhance integration test frameworks for specific areas of the Domino's product portfolio, creating live integrations for external systems and tying it all into a robust continuous integration setup on Jenkins. You will have the ability to design and build out our framework using industry best practices and OO design patterns with very high quality standards. Maintaining this level of quality is important for future growth and having reliable test results. Perfect candidate for this role has extensive SW development experience in Java, C# or other object oriented languages and strong interest in working with test framework and internal tools.   GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the test automation effort on a portfolio of projects. Design and develop automated testing for all layers of the solution (front and back end). Works very closely with Project Teams, especially Developers (i.e Pair Programming). Experience in requirements and specification reviews (help in the refinement of requirements from a testing perspective). Ensures that IT QA Standards are maintained and followed. Identify product performance issues during new product development. Ensure optimal product performance, scalability and availability for production environments. Mentor QA Team members on proper creation and maintenance of automated tests. Identifies, leads, influences and contributes to the implementation and continual improvement of QA standards processes and procedures. Facilitating and/or Participate in learning sessions amongst other Test Engineers to promote the value of Test Automation and lessons learned/best practices.     QUALIFICATIONS Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams. Process improvement experience preferred. Strong oral and written communications skills Used to short release cycles (2-4 weeks) in an Agile environment. Agile/Scrum development process experience. Experience and understanding of Quality Engineering in an Agile/TDD team Strong technical ability Prior Application development experience with object oriented languages is a plus (Java, C#). Displays ability to operate efficiently on daily tasks while keeping long term strategic goals in mind. 5+ years of experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development and maintenance. Hands-on experience with Selenium (or similar) automation frameworks and developing automation scripts (QTP, NUNIT, SOAPUI, JMeter, TestComplete, Junit, TestNG). Experience with Cucumber, BDD, and TDD a plus. Accomplished at facilitating sessions with other team members Understands the capabilities of key technologies (HTML5, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Angular JS Coding, SQL Server) and can quickly assess the testing approach for each. Experience with Restful and SOAP APIs. Experience working with and configuring continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins). Experience with Crucible, GIT or SVN a plus. Experience with different types of testing, including cross browser, stress/performance testing, usability testing and others. Experience in mobile application testing for iPad, iPhone and Android devices is a plus.
