Peoplesoft HCM Business Analyst 

Location: Newark, DE

Length: 5-6 months

Start: 2 weeks

Interview: phone

GC, GC EAD or Citizen/OPT

 

Job Description:

This role is for the Global Business Travel project, where the client's employees will be taxed based on their specific work location. 

The consultant should have strong experience and knowledge about VARIABLE COMPENSATION

Required Skills:

·  Strong background in compensation planning and administration, specifically with forms of variable compensation (e.g. monthly commissions, quarterly or annual incentives) Compensation Administration Process Design

·  Strong background in PeopleSoft Compensation 

·  Knowledge of US domestic payroll processes and calculations 

·  Strong experience in functional testing, including setting up of test cases and scenarios and tracking expected results 

·  PeopleSoft Incentive Compensation

·  PeopleSoft HCM Payroll

·  Functional Test Planning-Preparation-Execution

·  Ability to use MIcrosoft Excel
