Job description:--- Must be local with 15+years of experience

Experience in gathering non-functional requirements and converting them into Performance Test Plan Experience in creating and executing performance test strategy Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management and reporting Proficient in running performance tests and facilitating defect triage Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks Experience in managing multiple projects Experience in managing offshore resources Hands-on

5yr+ experience with HP-Load Runner or HP-Performance Centre 12+

Good scripting skills using Web (HTTP/HTML) and

Web Services protocols of Load Runner Strong written and oral skills Knowledge of Dynatrace tool.

Responsibilities:

Lead performance testing for 15+ applications simultaneously Gather performance requirements and communicate them to the scripter(s) Work with offshore scripter to create and validate scripts Execute load tests and present results Facilitate bottleneck resolution Hands-on scripting to update scripts and test scenarios

Comments/Special Instructions

The Performance Leads/Engineers should have experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. The resources MUST have hands-on experience in performance testing and test scripting. They should be proficient in performance test execution and bottleneck resolution.
