• Configuring and troubleshooting network printers and other shared printers including 802.1x authentication | |
• Analyzing the bandwidth utilization of the WAN and LAN circuit and providing timely solution on immediate basis | |
• Backup of Configuration of Switches using standard configuration management tools on a Weekly Basis, and whenever there is a configuration change. | |
• Troubleshooting incidents / service calls related to WAN Connectivity | |
• Backup of Configuration of Routers/ Switches using standard configuration management tools on a Weekly Basis, and whenever there is a configuration change. | |

• Raising tickets with vendors (Service providers like Megapath, netfor, broadband providers) | |
• Coordinating with voice service provider | |
• Upgradation of IOS of Routers / Firewall based on the Security Alerts published by the OEM manufacturer for bug fixing or security vulnerability fixing | |
• Coordinate with vendor for escalated issue to provide solution. | |

• Resolving the incidents (tickets) assigned by the users for various IT operations related issues | |
• User phone configuration, Voice mail and other basic voice related configuration and troubleshooting | |
