> a.       Experience – Overall 10 -12 years IT experience.
>
> b.      5 to 7 years hands on SF – Sales cloud, Service cloud, admin, Apex, VF, data model.
>
> c.       Certifications like dev1 / 501 . good to have Admin / Sales cloud   
>
> d.      handing complex Technical requirements & providing solutions in SF.
>
> e.      Handling deployment Process. Exp. On Git hub integration with SF.
>
> f.        Java Script, Ajax, web services, HTML.
>
> g.       Knowledge on Siebel / QBO / SKUID is added advantage
>
> h.      Providing the solutions / work around for business stories.
