Role: Storage Engineer/Migration Engineer
Location: Silver Springs MD and Washington, DC

Duration: 6 month(with possible extension)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The consultant will be responsible for performing a migration from VMAX with SRDF to a VNX using VPLEX with RP. All the arrays will be configured and in place prior the start of the project. The consultant will work with the Sr SA to develop the migration plan.

Required Skills:

• VMAX with Open Replicator Hot Push experience
• Experience with EMC VNX, VPLEX, and RecoverPoint using VPLEX splitters 
• Experience with the implementation and configuration of VNX block and file
• Experience with VPLEX Metro
• Cisco SAN switches
