Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document complex requirements, processes, features, and business needs specifically focused on web content management, portal applications and analytics
Perform analysis to assess current state impacts to the business need or problem area
Provide functional advice to clients
Knowledge about usability aspects of portals, user behavior, marketing channels, concepts of responsiveness
Knowledge about the implicit & explicit user behavior. The way user behavior data is captured and utilized for business benefits of turning prospects into leads
Awareness around widely used Concepts of portals like Search Engine Optimization, CDN, UX/UI, Click streams, User states, responsiveness, analytics terminologies like page views, visits, visitors etc., domain names, sub-domains, URL redirection, HTML, CSS etc.
Provide the UAT training and training materials to the business. Coordinate the UAT
Occasionally lead direct or indirect employees for specific projects or objectives
Review test plans, designs and test cases as necessary
Perform other common business analysis activities including:
Fit gap analysis
Requirement gathering interviews with the stakeholders
High-level functional design
Business process and workflow definition
Collaborate with development teams and architects on functional specification.
