Position:  HPSM 9.4.X and Web Services (SOAP) SME
Locations:  RI preference . Can consider AZ/OH/IL and NJ
Duration: long term

 

Job Description:

• 6 – 8 years of proficient experience with the following
• Must have in-depth experience with HP Service Manager development, maintenance and support.
• Strong knowledge on HPSM 9.3.x and 9.4.X versions updation / Integration
• Demonstrated expertise in all components of the HP Service Manager modules.
• Good written and verbal communication skills Must have good working knowledge of the following tool
• Good understanding of ITIL - Good functional understanding of all modules of HPSM.
• Deployment, configuration and administration of the product - user access management.

·       Strong knowledge in integration of HPSM with Service Now

• HP connect-IT for integration with external systems - Scripting - Perl, powershell, vb/java script.
• Development/customization experience with HPSM ? forms, workflow , across service desk, incident, problem and change management modules
• HPSM dashboarding, reporting - Backend SQL development.

·       Must have integrations skills with HPSM 9.4.X and Web Services (SOAP)

• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and support HP Service Manager Problems.
• Integration of HPSM with HPSM, uCMDB Hands on experience of designing and implementation of CMDB Experience in auto discovery tools like HP Ddmi / ddma Experience of implementing asset management practices using HP Asset Manager - Configuration and maintenance of common web based applications such as Apache, Tomcat, IIS is preferred
